Led by Abdul Salam Jafar — a British professional engineer with over 25 years of international experience — USM combines deep technical knowledge with commercially astute project delivery.

We bring the rigour of major international programmes — NEOM, Ashghal, Highways England, Network Rail — to every engagement, regardless of scale. Our founder holds both a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and an M.Sc. in Project Management, is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Institution of Civil Engineers, and is a published Lean Construction researcher.
